This role coordinates that entire journey.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will act as the structured interface between salesXchange and client GTM teams.
You will:
- Guide clients through pre-implementation phases
- Ensure course completion and comprehension
- Oversee open-access content transformation
- Coordinate Social, Email and Banner strategy planning
- Support proposal and presentation deck preparation
- Coordinate run-of-show design for live broadcasts
- Assist with studio planning (office and remote setups)
- Guide technical configuration steps
- Validate data-fill for environment configuration
- Be present for go-live transition
You are responsible for readiness.
Not just activity.

Technical Expectations
You do not need to write Python.
You must:
- Be comfortable configuring software platforms
- Understand API key handling and secure configuration

- Be capable of setting up Microsoft Graph integrations
- Understand CRM/ESP systems
- Be confident navigating Notion, automation tools and analytics platforms
- Know how to find accurate technical documentation and execute against it

- Complete the sX GTM Strategy Course
- Shadow implementation planning sessions
- Map full pre-live journey
- Create structured client readiness checklist
- Document integration setup playbooks
- Lead at least one guided implementation cycle
By Day 90:
You should be capable of independently guiding a client from commitment to go-live.
